Strictly No Smoking
All our properties are definitely non-smoking accommodation - both inside and out. Many clients choose us for this reason.
We charge a $200 cleaning fee if smoking has occurred.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Your deposit or acceptance of your booking ensures you have a roof over your head for the dates you have booked. Likewise, StudioQ does not accept cancellations and you are liable to pay for the total length of stay.
If we can re-let your booking we will refund your booked nights less 20%.
Damage Policy
Significant damage must be paid for.
